Refund policy

At Zenvique, we sell premium anti-tarnish jeweler and maintain strict quality standards. If there is a genuine issue with your order, we will assist you as per the policy below.

1.General  Policy 

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons.

We do not offer refunds unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

We are not responsible for tarnishing caused by exposure to water, perfumes, sweat, or any liquids.

Any damage occurring after delivery is not the responsibility of zenvique

2.Eligibility for Returns Or Exchange

A refund or replacement is applicable only if the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or if any item is missing from the package. The issue must be reported within 24  hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, wrong product has been delivered. and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. An unboxing video is mandatory for all refund or replacement claims. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

3.Inspection & Reporting

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery, If the product received is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

⚠️ Return requests without a proper unboxing video will be denied.

4.Replacement Approval Process

Only after evaluation and approval will a return/exchange be initiated.

Once the returned item is received and reviewed, a replacement will be issued.

If approved, refunds (only for defect cases) are processed within 2–7 business days.
